• Take ownership of regulatory compliance within a multifaceted product domain.

• Manage scope trade-offs effectively.

• Engage with external regulatory and trade organizations to advocate for product compliance interests.

• Work in partnership with compliance specialists across product, engineering, and product risk fields.

• Facilitate proactive risk management, knowledge dissemination, and mentorship.

• Membership in a recognized accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll association, accompanied by a relevant qualification.

• Extensive knowledge of navigating intricate regulatory frameworks, including Tax, Accounting, or Reporting.

• Proven experience in steering regulatory implementations.

• Exceptional communication abilities, especially in translating intricate regulatory information into straightforward recommendations for technology and product leaders.
