Lead, Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance efficient fast formulas within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze requirements.

• Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications.

• Ensure that formulas are robust, scalable, and adhere to organizational standards.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate fast-formula challenges.

• Offer expert advice on best practices for formula creation and deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM fast formulas, including their configuration, customization, and integration with other HCM modules.

• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle, and relevant reporting and analytics platforms.

• Proven experience in leading formula development initiatives.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to provide customized solutions.

• Background in maintaining documentation for ongoing support processes.

• Experience leading teams focused on Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula development.

• Valid Oracle Cloud HCM certification.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.

• Experience with integrations and reporting within Oracle Cloud HCM.

• U.S. citizenship.

• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
