Lead – MIS Analyst, Incentive Processing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete process of incentive payouts for Retail Banking teams and the Business Performance function.

• Develop incentive calculation templates and compute incentives in accordance with established policies.

• Ensure that incentive payouts are timely and accurate, while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).

• Analyze and automate internal processes related to business performance and incentives.

• Gather necessary data, validate, and compute performance and payouts per approved policies.

• Implement process controls and define processes and SLAs in collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Unit Managers to address issues and continuously enhance business performance and incentive payout processes.

• Manage the database for business performance and incentives for in-depth analysis.

• Address data, policy, and process concerns with stakeholders while maintaining approvals and documentation for audit purposes.

• Spearhead the automation of data sourcing and management from Technology, BI, and additional sources.

• Improve and automate business performance and incentive calculations that are currently handled in Excel.

• Establish internal controls and verification processes within automated calculation models.

• Manage exceptions with appropriate approvals and maintain audit logs.

• Generate analyses of business performance and prepare management reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Finance/MIS professional with approximately 4–5 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, or finance roles within the banking sector.

• Strong analytical abilities and logical reasoning skills.

• Familiarity with Retail Banking Products is an advantage.

• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with Business Managers at various levels.

• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
