This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the senior technical authority for Boulevard’s systems, applications, endpoints, identity infrastructure, and the employee technology experience.
• Evaluate current systems, processes, and controls to pinpoint gaps, mitigate risks, and create a proactive, scalable IT operating framework.
• Lead enhancements across applications, integrations, workflows, self-service functionalities, and AI-driven solutions.
• Streamline onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, access governance, device management, SaaS administration, and asset lifecycle procedures.
• Develop documentation, metrics, service expectations, and support methodologies.
• Serve as an escalation point for intricate technical issues, drive root-cause analysis, and eliminate recurring operational challenges.
• Collaborate with teams in Security, People, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and other business leaders.
• Oversee vendors and technology partners.
• Assist in defining Boulevard’s long-term IT strategy, team composition, capability gaps, and investment priorities.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in corporate IT, enterprise technology, IT operations, workplace technology, or related fields.
• Background in operating within a SaaS or rapidly growing technology environment.
• Proficiency in identity and access management, endpoint management, SaaS administration, asset lifecycle management, and IT service delivery.
• Capability to balance hands-on technical execution with functional leadership, mentorship, prioritization, and strategic planning.
• Proven track record in leading complex IT projects from problem identification to implementation, adoption, and operationalization.
• Experience in developing standards, controls, documentation, metrics, integrations, self-service workflows, and AI-enhanced capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across various business functions.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, incident management, business continuity, and disaster recovery practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be taken into account.
• Experience in vendor management, technology rationalization, contract renewals, or spend optimization is advantageous.
