System Integration and Testing Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage with OEMs to establish integration and testing requirements for cybersecurity functionalities.

• Strategize and carry out integration testing for secure boot, secrets provisioning, VKMS, SOK, Secure SW Update, and associated security protocols across multi-SoC ECU platforms.

• Collaborate with ECU manufacturers to ensure the validation of secure provisioning processes during ECU production.

• Coordinate with both internal and external software suppliers to synchronize integration and testing milestones with deployment schedules.

• Partner with hardware and software teams to identify, monitor, and address integration dependencies and defects that affect cybersecurity features.

• Create and manage test cases, test reports, and traceability documentation for the verification of cybersecurity features.

• Assist in root-cause analysis and debugging of integration or testing failures related to security functions.

• Contribute to the advancement of innovative automotive products, including semi and fully autonomous vehicles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system integration and testing, emphasizing cybersecurity.

• Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle topology and ECU system architecture.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical teams and stakeholders.

• Practical experience in integrating and testing cybersecurity features, such as secure boot and secrets provisioning.

• Understanding of cybersecurity standards, testing methodologies, and homologation processes.

• Readiness to travel within Germany/Europe for workshops.

• Proficient in English.

• Experience in test execution and validation for multi-SoC ECU deployments is a plus.

• Familiarity with secure ECU debugging, secure boot, and system hardening is advantageous.

• Skills in conflict resolution for design and testing-related decision-making are beneficial.

• Proficiency in German is an added advantage.
