Lead GTM Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of GTM reporting and analysis processes.

• Collaborate with leaders in Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships.

• Act as the primary finance partner for GTM leadership.

• Create and manage GTM reporting utilizing Pigment, Salesforce, and Tableau.

• Take ownership of the GTM P&L mechanics, drivers, planning, and forecasting methodology.

• Direct monthly and quarterly GTM reporting, which includes budget-to-actuals, variance analysis, and performance metrics.

• Develop financial models for various scenarios, pricing and packaging analysis, and ad hoc requests.

• Collaborate with Revenue Ops and Partnerships to implement scalable data solutions.

• Manage the complete GTM financial model, covering bookings, ARR, pipeline, sales capacity planning, quota setting, and sales compensation design.

• Mentor junior analysts and spearhead strategic GTM finance initiatives.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance tools and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in FP&A, revenue/GTM finance, or sales finance.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling.

• Skilled in building and maintaining complex, scalable financial models.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Previous experience in Accounting and/or Finance.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with Sales and GTM leadership.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is preferred.

• Practical experience with Pigment or similar planning tools, Salesforce, and Tableau or equivalent BI tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with SQL for querying and validating data across systems is preferred.
