Lead Generation Specialist – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Identify, research, and assess potential operators and partners within African markets.

• Create and manage focused prospect lists.

• Initiate outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone communications.

• Generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers.

• Keep precise CRM records that detail prospects, outreach efforts, lead status, and source tracking.

• Stay updated on African iGaming news, licensing changes, and operator activities.

• Assist in the preparation for conferences and events by identifying target attendees and coordinating outreach efforts.

• Provide market intelligence and prospect insights to support the Africa go-to-market strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development.

• Ideally, experience within the iGaming sector or another B2B SaaS/tech environment.

• Strong research capabilities.

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and industry databases.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-assured in conducting cold outreach.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking and reporting pipeline activities.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
