• Proactive Creator Engagement: Identify and reach out to influential bloggers and content creators to enhance our partnership pipeline.

• Strategic Presentations: Offer enticing partnership opportunities customized to creators' niches to optimize conversion rates.

• Smooth Onboarding Process: Assist new partners in navigating the campaign setup, providing them with the necessary resources for a successful launch.

• Effective Pipeline Management: Efficiently assess outreach prospects to ensure a steady stream of creator leads.

• Market Analysis: Discover leading content niches and digital publications within your target language market (EN, FR, IT, or DE).

• Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with marketing teams to facilitate the transition of onboarded creators into ongoing campaign management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in creator outreach, influencer engagement, or affiliate partner acquisition.

• Language Proficiency: Native/C2 level in English.

• Familiarity with CRM, SEO, analytics, and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Trends, and Massive Outreach or similar platforms).

• Understanding of the Creator Ecosystem: Strong knowledge of digital creators, blogging platforms, and online content channels.

• Effective Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation abilities to engage with decision-makers and finalize partnership agreements.

• Self-Motivated Execution: Driven mindset with a history of achieving outreach objectives.

• Preferred Experience with Platforms: Familiarity with affiliate networks (e.g., Impact) or prospecting tools.

• Multilingual Abilities: Fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
