This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Perform high-volume outbound calls and digital outreach to hospitals, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), physician groups, and various healthcare organizations.
β’ Identify potential opportunities and qualify promising leads.
β’ Transfer qualified leads to the Director of Business Development for ongoing engagement and proposal progression.
β’ Achieve or surpass monthly goals for initial meetings and new opportunities.
β’ Work in collaboration with Marketing and Business Development teams on focused outreach campaigns.
β’ Enhance messaging and communication strategies to boost engagement and conversion rates.
β’ Ensure accurate management and maintenance of lead data within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
β’ Enhance brand awareness among healthcare decision-makers.
β’ Acquire knowledge of OB/GYN hospitalist services, telehealth models, healthcare delivery, Obtelecare offerings, and competitive positioning.
β’ Engage in sales enablement, training, and industry educational opportunities.
β’ Professionally represent OBHGβs Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Business Development to synchronize outreach strategies with growth objectives.
β’ Execute additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
β’ Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting within a high-volume outreach setting.
β’ Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills; capable of quickly building rapport over the phone.
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
β’ Ability to multitask and manage several campaigns at once.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to overcome objections and maintain resilience in dynamic environments.
β’ Experience in creating or executing email marketing campaigns.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and CRM reporting tools.
β’ Preferred experience in healthcare sales, telehealth, or hospital business development.
β’ Familiarity with OB/GYN service lines or hospital contracting processes is a plus.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Frequent use of computers and phones is required.
β’ Occasional travel for corporate events or partner sites may be necessary.
