Lead Generation Specialist – Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage targeted account lists that align with Gilytics' Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on market, segment, and region.

• Conduct research on accounts to identify key stakeholders involved in planning, permitting, grid development, GIS, and environmental roles.

• Implement multichannel outreach through LinkedIn, email, events, and industry associations, utilizing personalized messaging relevant to sectors.

• Assess inbound inquiries from the website, webinars, and campaigns according to established criteria.

• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Business Developers while providing comprehensive context.

• Ensure CRM accuracy by regularly updating accounts, contacts, activities, and outcomes.

• Monitor market trends, tenders, grid expansion initiatives, and regulatory developments, and highlight timely opportunities.

• Relay insights on message effectiveness and objection trends back to Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a technical/scientific discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 1.2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development (SDR/BDR), demand generation, or market research within a B2B context.

• Proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively in an international team.

• Training in B2B demand generation, sales development, or CRM/marketing automation platforms is preferred.

• Experience selling to the Power & Utilities, energy, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.

• Familiarity with GIS or spatial planning is beneficial.

• Practical experience using a CRM and outbound tools is desirable.

• Additional language skills in Spanish, German, French, or Portuguese are a plus.
