Lead Generation & Research Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Revise company profiles, contacts, job listings, and organizational information in Bullhorn CRM

• Maintain clean, accurate, and well-organized CRM data for the recruitment team

• Conduct research on insurance carriers, MGAs, and brokers to locate decision-makers and hiring contacts

• Collect contact details and reporting hierarchies

• Track client and prospect websites and job boards for newly available positions

• Highlight newly posted roles for recruiters to pursue

• Create lists of target companies and monitor hiring trends

• Deliver concise research summaries to assist the business development team

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional online research capabilities with the skill to swiftly gather accurate information

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Experience with CRM systems (Bullhorn preferred)

• Ability to work autonomously and handle tasks with little supervision

• USB headset equipped with noise cancellation feature

• Functional webcam

• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB of RAM

• Primary internet connection speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup internet connection speed: at least 10 Mbps

• Interest in the insurance or recruiting sectors is advantageous

• Required tools: Bullhorn CRM and Vonage

• Availability to work during US hours
