Lead Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead specialized teams in the role of a technical lead.

• Execute complex projects in a pragmatic, thorough, and cost-efficient manner.

• Act as the primary technical contact for client decision-makers, offering strategic guidance.

• Assist in pitches by creating and delivering presentations along with technical concepts.

• Oversee projects comprehensively from architecture through to deployment.

• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to design new features and implement them with the team.

• Introduce new topics and technologies hands-on within projects, including e-commerce platforms, frameworks, or cloud services.

• Support teams by providing regular feedback and mentoring to foster colleague growth.

• Contribute to the development of processes, particularly in AI-assisted development.

• Help define tools, workflows, and quality assurance practices for AI-assisted development.

• Estimate workloads, manage budgets, and assist in project management.

• Actively engage in the overall development of the organization.

• Acquaint yourself with existing projects and architectural concepts while implementing initial customer features.

• Gradually assume responsibility for the technical direction of web applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in web or app development.

• More than 4 years of experience as a Tech Lead or in technical leadership roles.

• Strong proficiency in React and with Node.js, Flutter, or Kotlin.

• Several years of experience in holding technical responsibility for medium-sized projects (500+ person-days).

• Experience in application architecture.

• Proven ability to establish applications from the ground up.

• Capability to manage projects from a technical standpoint holistically.

• Composed and adaptable when facing uncertainty during critical project phases.

• Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond personal tasks.

• A strong desire to learn.

• Proficient in both German and English.
