Lead Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of field technicians across multiple job sites

• Delegate tasks, track progress, and ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations

• Offer on-the-job training, mentorship, and technical support to field personnel

• Elevate complex technical or operational challenges to management as needed

• Conduct advanced installations, maintenance, and repairs of systems, equipment, or infrastructure

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered in the field

• Analyze technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation

• Confirm that installations adhere to company standards, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory mandates

• Act as the main on-site liaison for customers and internal stakeholders

• Organize the necessary equipment, materials, and tools for field operations

• Monitor project advancement and provide updates to management

• Ensure timely completion of work within the defined scope

• Evaluate finished work for quality and precision

• Spot opportunities for enhancing processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within field operations

• Travel to various client locations as typically required

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with field services, hardware installations, and multi-site deployments

• Proven experience in leading technicians or acting as the senior technical expert in the field

• Strong familiarity with SCCM imaging, Windows device setup, and endpoint deployment

• Capable of assessing site needs promptly and managing execution effectively

• Comfortable working in dynamic, high-visibility environments

• Excellent communication skills with both technicians and client-facing site contacts

• Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently

• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs as necessary and work in diverse environmental settings

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites
