This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and enhance the global extended workforce program, encompassing policies, decision frameworks, operating models, approval paths, and escalation procedures.
• Provide guidance to business leaders and HR partners regarding the selection of workforce channels based on business requirements, timing, costs, risks, compliance, and long-term workforce strategies.
• Oversee the enterprise preferred vendor strategy and governance program for direct-hire agencies, staffing suppliers, EOR providers, and collaborating partners.
• Lead evaluations of suppliers, performance reviews, scorecard assessments, RFP assistance, consolidation initiatives, and service-level expectations.
• Collaborate with Procurement on contracts and commercial terms.
• Create frameworks for worker classification and independent contractor decisions.
• Coordinate classification, compliance, and risk assessments with Legal, Procurement, HR, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze current and future-state processes while spearheading program enhancements, automation efforts, requirements definition, implementation planning, testing, and cross-functional user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with Workforce Intelligence and Finance to generate reports on external workforce activities, expenditures, supplier performance, program adoption, and governance results.
• Promote the adoption of standardized processes and act as the primary governance partner across Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, HR, and the business.
• Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years of additional professional experience may substitute for the degree.
• Over 6 years of experience in contingent or extended workforce management, workforce planning, supplier management, talent acquisition, HR operations, program management, or a related area.
• Proven experience in establishing, managing, or overseeing an internally operated contingent workforce program.
• Familiarity with collaborating with staffing agencies, EOR providers, direct-hire firms, independent contractor providers, or other extended workforce suppliers.
• Understanding of contractor compliance, worker classification, and contingent workforce models.
• Experience utilizing Workday, workforce analytics, automation, or related workforce technologies.
• Background in preferred vendor programs, scorecards, RFPs, or supplier performance evaluations.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, government contracting, or complex enterprise environments.
• Skills in designing governance frameworks, operating models, or enterprise processes.
• Ability to influence leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong skills in program management, process improvement, communication, and presentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
