📋 Description

• Mentor and oversee team activities, performance, and growth.

• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across key Littelfuse value streams.

• Assess production and administrative processes focusing on quality, safety, delivery, and cost.

• Establish lean initiatives within the geographical area to align with the short-term operational strategy.

• Provide training for Yellow and Green Belt certifications.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

• Proven experience or capability in leading continuous improvement projects on essential value streams.

• Familiarity with production and administrative processes related to quality, safety, delivery, and cost.

• Competence in defining lean initiatives that support short-term operational objectives.

• Proficiency in delivering Yellow and Green Belt training.

• Capability to mentor and manage team activities, performance, and development.
