Lead Engineer – Fullstack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the next generation of the CRM Tasks interface.

• Convert business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions.

• Design and implement both frontend and backend systems, APIs, and workflows.

• Quickly prototype, validate with users, and refine to production standards.

• Guarantee the performance, reliability, and scalability of systems.

• Oversee applications, uphold documentation, and enhance engineering processes.

• Comprehend product challenges, contribute to technical design, identify edge cases, make engineering trade-offs, and take ownership of features throughout production.

• Launch features from concept to production with minimal cycle time.

• Create dependable, scalable systems utilized by customers.

• Consistently enhance product experience through iterative processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering full stack production systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and system design abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously with a strong sense of ownership.

• Proficient in APIs, backend services, and contemporary frontend frameworks.

• Insight into scalability, performance, and reliability trade-offs.

• Familiarity with VueJS, NodeJS, and GoLang.

• Experience in developing CRM or task/workflow management products (preferred).

• Knowledge of data pipelines, analytics, or monitoring tools (preferred).

• Strong frontend and UX sensibilities (preferred).

• A portfolio or GitHub showcasing deployed projects (preferred).
