
Lead Director, Growth Strategy – Effectiveness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead strategic problem-solving efforts, opportunity assessments, and the generation of new ideas for initiatives within the Growth team.
• Define and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing growth efficiency through effective stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Partner with field leaders, corporate teams, and executives to ensure alignment on target setting and the execution of initiatives.
• Develop KPIs and reports to assess success across various Growth channels.
• Identify areas for improvement and present findings to executive leadership.
• Prepare content for monthly and quarterly meetings at the executive level.
• Supervise 1 to 3 direct reports.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Experience in a dynamic, highly analytical setting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent business judgment.
• Capacity to independently seek out and implement solutions for complex challenges.
• Proven track record of ownership and delivering measurable results.
• Significant experience in project management, stakeholder management across teams, and change management.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or their Google equivalents (Google Sheets, Google Slides).
• Authorization to work in the US.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is advantageous.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools such as SQL or Alteryx is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
• Background in healthcare is favorable.
• Commercial experience is an advantage.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
