This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and develop the Decide web roadmap from initial ideation to post-launch optimization.
• Balance long-term investments in the platform with a test-and-learn methodology.
• Drive quantifiable enhancements in customer decision-making and purchase consideration.
• Shape product information and storytelling on-site to enhance consumer confidence and intent to purchase.
• Establish success metrics for the Decide experience.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data along with competitive benchmarks to pinpoint opportunities and assess impact.
• Influence priorities and ensure alignment with global cross-functional partners.
• Organize and define the scope of initiatives in relation to broader business outcomes.
• Keep an eye on emerging ecommerce trends, AI-driven capabilities, and digital experience developments.
• Identify chances to create a distinctive product evaluation experience.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, analytics, merchandising, and marketing teams.
• Provide data-driven digital experiences that enhance engagement, product comprehension, and progression throughout the shopping journey.
• Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience, OR typically 9 years of relevant work experience without a degree.
• Proficiency in utilizing data to inform product decisions and evaluate impact.
• Experience with A/B testing and conducting user research.
• Capability to self-generate insights and create dashboards using Adobe Analytics and Datadog.
• Ability to influence priorities and foster alignment among global cross-functional partners.
• Experience maneuvering through complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record of delivering successful product outcomes across teams and time zones.
• Skill in crafting persuasive product narratives and logically framing problems and solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including interactions with executive-level audiences.
• Experience in agile working environments.
• Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iterations.
• Proven experience in managing roadmap delivery and ongoing optimization.
