Lead Development Representative

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and cultivate new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting efforts.

• Conduct initial discovery calls and product demonstrations.

• Recognize customer needs and evaluate prospects.

• Transfer qualified deals to sales representatives.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to analyze market trends.

• Develop engaging messaging and execute strategic outreach within key industry verticals.

• Represent Transporeon and Trimble at industry trade shows and conferences.

• Engage prospects and facilitate high-value onsite meetings.

• Work alongside global team members across different time zones.

• Align on pipeline expansion and cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong enthusiasm for initiating or advancing a career in business development, software sales, or customer engagement.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and effective time-management skills.

• Capability to collaborate across various functions and thrive in a fast-paced, global team environment.

• Previous experience in sales development, prospecting, or lead qualification within SaaS or transportation logistics is advantageous.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, or market analytics tools is a plus.

• Experience attending trade shows or industry conferences for networking and lead generation is beneficial.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
