Lead Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create frontend applications utilizing ReactJS and Next.js.

• Develop backend AI services and APIs using Python and FastAPI, incorporating NodeJS or NestJS when necessary.

• Design and execute AI and LLM-based systems, such as RAG, agent-based systems, LLM-driven integrations, and scalable AI pipelines.

• Work with embeddings, intelligent analysis, private or offline AI configurations, and local LLM deployments.

• Utilize vector databases like OpenSearch or Chroma for similarity searches and RAG-based solutions.

• Assess models, refine response accuracy, and minimize hallucinations.

• Manage structured and unstructured data using PostgreSQL and object storage solutions.

• Analyze data to create KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights through SQL and Python.

• Implement Git, CI/CD, security best practices, and design for enterprise-grade systems.

• Convert intricate technical solutions into quantifiable business value and articulate AI concepts in a manner accessible to business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• Extensive experience in frontend development with ReactJS and Next.js.

• Strong backend engineering capabilities in Python (FastAPI), coupled with a working knowledge of NodeJS or NestJS.

• Practical experience with AI and LLM-based systems, including embeddings and intelligent analysis, as well as private or offline AI configurations.

• Familiarity with vector databases such as OpenSearch or Chroma for similarity searches and RAG-based solutions.

• Hands-on experience in model evaluation, response accuracy tuning, and techniques for reducing hallucinations.

• Comprehensive understanding of data management using PostgreSQL and object storage platforms, including Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO.

• Proficiency in data analysis, KPI development, and deriving actionable insights utilizing SQL and Python.

• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and designing enterprise-grade systems.

• Familiarity with AI workflows such as RAG, agent-based systems, LLM-driven integrations, and scalable AI pipelines.

• Exposure to private or offline AI setups, including local LLM deployments.

• Experience in Retail, Digital, or large-scale enterprise platforms.

• Ability to simplify complex AI and technical concepts for business audiences.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting is an added advantage.
