This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Analyze campaign and marketing data to uncover trends, patterns, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Develop and maintain data analyses utilizing Python and SQL to enhance business and marketing initiatives.
• Define, monitor, and assess key performance metrics and campaign KPIs.
• Assist with A/B testing and experimentation, encompassing test design, analysis, and result interpretation.
• Work with large and intricate datasets to derive significant business insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to comprehend analytical requirements and convert them into practical solutions.
• Construct and sustain analytical reports and dashboards, using tools like Tableau when applicable.
• Clearly communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Take charge of analytical projects from problem definition through to analysis and delivery.
• Utilize strong statistical and analytical reasoning to assess campaign performance and support business decisions.
• Engage closely with a demanding client in the hospitality sector.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making and campaign-related projects.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Campaign Analytics, or a relevant field.
• Robust hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in working with marketing, campaign, customer, or performance data.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
• Solid understanding of business and marketing metrics and methods to evaluate campaign performance.
• Experience in converting complex datasets into clear and actionable business insights.
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• An advanced academic background in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential, with the capability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively in a professional setting.
