Lead Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Design and develop a robust, enterprise-level data platform.

• Guide architectural decisions for Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other components of the modern data stack.

• Implement access controls, CI/CD pipelines, version management, and data quality assessments.

• Establish data observability to ensure dependable operations and early issue detection.

• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to transform disorganized data into valuable insights.

• Mentor team members and act as a technical authority.

• Write code, address challenges, and apply engineering best practices in a hands-on manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in constructing enterprise-scale data systems.

• Proficiency in data infrastructure, DevOps for data, and contemporary engineering workflows.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Git.

• In-depth knowledge of data governance, security, and data quality at scale.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and cloud-based data ecosystems.

• A strong passion for problem-solving and creating clean, efficient, and scalable systems.
