Lead Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Analyze performance metrics, establish KPIs, and convert data into coherent narratives for Sales Directors and VPs.

• Develop and manage scorecards, pipeline dashboards, and capacity views utilizing Looker, Hex, SQL, and Sheets.

• Ensure the accuracy of reports, scalability, and enable self-service for stakeholders.

• Design and oversee business processes related to forecasting, headcount, capacity, and territory planning.

• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for essential cross-functional initiatives.

• Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders.

• Bring teams together around shared data perspectives, issues, and priorities.

• Mentor and support the development of fellow analysts.

• Develop reusable templates, define metrics, and create documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analytics, management consulting, or a similar analytical role.

• Significant ownership of a segment, region, or business line.

• Skill in defining and resolving complex business challenges from problem framing and hypothesis formulation through analysis, recommendations, and implementation.

• Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools such as Looker, Hex, Tableau, or comparable platforms.

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel for analysis and modeling purposes.

• Competence in querying and transforming large datasets.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude for data analysis and process automation.

• Strong SQL knowledge and experience.

• Experience managing core models and reporting for a business area, using these tools to influence decisions with senior stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, self-directed work environment.
