Lead, Creative Services – 3D Animator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop, model, light, and render high-quality 3D animations that visualize products, systems, and capabilities.

• Edit and finalize videos by integrating animation, live action, motion graphics, audio, and titles.

• Convert technical and engineering concepts into clear and engaging visual narratives.

• Collaborate with engineers and program teams to guarantee technical precision.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance quality or efficiency while adhering to company policies and security protocols.

• Oversee projects autonomously from the creative brief to delivery, managing timelines, files, and revisions.

• Consistently implement company branding standards across all deliverables.

• Work alongside creative colleagues, marketing and communications stakeholders, and program leaders.

• Keep project files, render pipelines, and asset libraries organized.

• Travel as necessary to support events, shoots, and on-site production.

• Provide mentorship to junior creative team members regarding 3D and video techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.

• Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of related experience.

• If no degree, a minimum of 13 years of related experience is required.

• Must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a clearance.

• A portfolio or reel showcasing completed 3D renders, animations, and video projects is necessary.

• Proficient in industry-standard 3D and animation software such as Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine 5, Blender, Autodesk Maya, or 3ds Max.

• Experience with rendering tools like Redshift, Octane, or Arnold.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Expertise in color grading, sound design, and compositing to broadcast quality standards.

• Background in motion graphics and 2D animation.

• Familiarity with virtual production pipelines.

• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) data or engineering models.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
