Lead Consultant – Atlassian Cloud Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overall functional accountability for intricate Atlassian Cloud transformation projects

• Responsibility for critical architectural decisions

• Analysis of current Atlassian, tooling, and related system landscapes

• Design of resilient target cloud architectures

• Development of cloud architectures, encompassing integrations, security and permission frameworks, and operating models

• Design and functional stewardship of migration and transformation strategies

• Functional leadership of consultants and guidance for project content direction

• Ensuring consistent execution of architectural decisions and adherence to standards

• Close collaboration with project managers regarding planning, risks, and client communications

• Functional oversight of external partners and offshore teams

• Ongoing enhancement of Atlassian Cloud architecture and solution concepts

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in designing and implementing complex Atlassian solutions

• Profound understanding of Atlassian Cloud and cloud architectures

• Experience in planning and successfully executing cloud migrations in intricate environments

• Knowledge of integration scenarios, security and permission frameworks, and operating models

• Experience in providing functional leadership to consultants or architects

• Ability to articulate complex topics clearly and confidently advocate for decisions

• Strong dedication to quality, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset

• Excellent German language skills (at least C1)

• Good English language skills (at least B2)
