Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and development of comprehensive web applications utilizing React.js and Node.js.

• Create and implement GenAI/LLM-driven applications leveraging RAG and agentic AI methodologies.

• Develop and enhance RAG pipelines tailored for enterprise applications.

• Construct LLM workflows and AI agents employing LangChain and LangGraph.

• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and outside services.

• Design RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.

• Develop responsive, scalable front-end applications with React.js.

• Engage with vector databases, embeddings, document processing, and semantic search techniques.

• Implement prompt engineering, context management, evaluation, and optimization strategies for LLM applications.

• Design multi-step AI workflows, tool invocation, agent orchestration, and state management through LangGraph.

• Ensure that AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and ready for production.

• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to establish application and AI solution architecture.

• Conduct code reviews, set development best practices, and provide mentorship to junior developers.

• Diagnose and resolve application and AI/LLM-related performance and production challenges.

• Serve as the technical lead for full-stack and AI development projects.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Influence architecture, design decisions, code quality, and engineering standards.

• Assume responsibility for deliverables throughout the design, development, deployment, and production support phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in software development.

• Significant hands-on experience with React.js and contemporary front-end development.

• Proficient in Node.js and backend/API development.

• Practical experience in constructing Generative AI / LLM applications.

• Strong comprehension of RAG architecture and its implementation.

• Hands-on familiarity with LangChain.

• Experience with LangGraph and agentic workflows.

• Proficiency in LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.

• Solid knowledge of Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and third-party integrations.

• Good understanding of vector databases, embeddings, chunking, retrieval, and semantic search.

• Strong grasp of software design principles, architecture, and development best practices.
