
Lead Competitive Intelligence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the complete competitive intelligence program.
β’ Design and implement a thorough competitive intelligence strategy.
β’ Track competitive activities, emerging threats, pricing adjustments, product launches, partnerships, and market dynamics.
β’ Conduct both primary and secondary research to develop a competitive database.
β’ Create and maintain battlecards, feature-comparison matrices, win/loss summaries, objection-handling strategies, and other resources for competitive enablement.
β’ Assist the sales team throughout the sales process by participating in prospect and customer calls and offering competitive insights.
β’ Relay field insights to marketing and sales enablement teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and positioning.
β’ Lead targeted campaigns in response to competitive actions.
β’ Manage competitive intelligence knowledge and present insights to internal stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with product teams on guidance for roadmaps and differentiation strategies.
β’ Analyze competitor product architectures and convert technical findings into assessments of business impact.
β’ Enhance competitive intelligence tools and workflows through AI capabilities.
β’ Assist in identifying business opportunities, boosting revenue, and strengthening SEONβs position in fraud prevention and AML compliance.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in competitive intelligence or strategy within enterprise B2B SaaS.
β’ Expertise in fraud prevention, AML/KYC compliance, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
β’ Experience in creating and maintaining a centralized competitive intelligence knowledge base that can scale across various functions.
β’ Practical experience in developing battlecards, competitive playbooks, win/loss analyses, and assisting sales during live calls.
β’ Strong technical skills for engaging with engineering teams, data scientists, and technical prospects during competitive assessments.
β’ Capability to transform raw data, competitor signals, and field intelligence into actionable sales strategies, positioning adjustments, and product guidance.
β’ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources into clear insights.
β’ Proficiency in converting competitive insights into actionable recommendations for product and go-to-market teams, with a focus on measurable sales effectiveness and win/loss results.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Self-motivated individual capable of collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and customer success while managing competitive intelligence initiatives from start to finish.
β’ Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools such as Klue and Crayon, as well as market intelligence platforms.
β’ Must have legal authorization to work in the country of the role without employer sponsorship.
