This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take complete ownership of the administration of compensation cycles, encompassing planning, system configuration, approval workflows, and employee communications.
• Manage the configuration, governance, and continuous enhancement of compensation systems, survey reporting, benchmarking, and tools for cycle management.
• Execute the annual market benchmarking process, which includes survey submissions, data validation, and market pricing for various roles.
• Provide assistance with the administration of stock plans for equity awards through Fidelity.
• Suggest updates to salary structures, ranges, bonus targets, and equity guidelines based on market data and internal equity considerations.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and managers regarding offers, promotions, transfers, and off-cycle requests.
• Take charge of global pay reporting, addressing pay transparency and disclosure requirements.
• Lead various analyses related to incentive compensation, equity programs, pay equity, and cost modeling on an ad hoc basis.
• Leverage AI, automation, and enhanced tools to minimize manual tasks and enhance data integrity.
• Facilitate compensation training and communications for managers, HR partners, and employees.
• Report directly to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and Finance.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation or people analytics; 7 years preferred.
• Practical experience in administering compensation cycles and managing compensation management systems such as Pave or Oracle HCM.
• Familiarity with survey reporting tools like Radford or Mercer.
• Comprehensive understanding of benchmarking methodologies, survey submissions, job leveling, salary structure design, and market pricing.
• Proficient in advanced Excel / Google Sheets functionalities.
• Experience in utilizing BI and AI tools to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Background in supporting global compensation programs across various regions, including multi-country pay practices and pay transparency requirements.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex compensation concepts to employees and senior leadership.
• Excellent judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or a related credential is a plus.
• Preferred experience with Oracle HCM, Pave, Fidelity PSW, Radford, and Mercer.
• Proven success in leveraging AI and automation to streamline compensation operations.
