Lead Cloud Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design of scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.

• Create systems that support multi-cloud environments, cross-account applications, SASE, and automated solutions.

• Work closely with client stakeholders to establish technical requirements and objectives.

• Provide guidance to DevOps and SecOps engineering teams.

• Ensure the development of innovative and secure cloud strategies.

• Advocate for CI/CD practices and automation tools to provision cloud services.

• Collaborate with senior leadership, enterprise architecture teams, and agency personnel to formulate cloud adoption strategies.

• Convey complex cloud architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT/digital transformation.

• At least 5 years of extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architecture and implementation.

• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines.

• Technical training, certifications, or a relevant degree.

• Familiarity with Linux OS is preferred.

• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies and tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, and GitLab is preferred.

• Professional cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

• Proven ability to integrate on-premise systems with cloud environments is preferred.

• Must be able to pass a background check to secure a position of Public Trust.

• Official legal status in the United States is required.

• Must have continuously resided in the United States for the past two years.
