Lead Change Management Consultant – Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for strategic corporate and enterprise clients.

• Oversee large-scale technology adoption and transformation initiatives.

• Conduct executive workshops and strategic discussions with customer leadership.

• Assist customers in envisioning, planning, and executing user adoption and change management programs.

• Customize work products to align with customer requirements and industry benchmarks.

• Direct enterprise transformations involving technology deployments of over 20,000 users.

• Develop and manage stakeholder engagement, success measurement and tracking, business value use cases, organizational change impact assessments, stakeholder interviews, communication strategies, enablement strategies, and Champions programs.

• Spearhead change initiatives for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise rollouts.

• Convert product capabilities into role-specific use cases.

• Create enablement and Champions strategies.

• Establish metrics for adoption and business value assessment.

• Provide guidance on rollout sequencing and capability activation by user groups.

• Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals and Statements of Work.

• Assist in sales demonstrations and workshops.

• Clarify the significance of change management in transformation projects.

• Mentor and coach junior team members on best practices.

• Contribute to the development and expansion of the change management practice into Artificial Intelligence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of external consulting experience in a Change Management Lead capacity.

• Proven track record of leading large enterprise transformations involving over 20,000 users.

• Experience managing teams of Change Managers in a delivery context, without formal supervisory responsibilities.

• Established expertise in leading change management initiatives related to technology implementations.

• Experience in engaging with and presenting to executive leadership.

• SME-level knowledge of Google Workspace, including leading change and adoption for enterprise deployments or migrations.

• SME-level expertise in Gemini Enterprise or its predecessor, Google Agentspace, covering adoption, use-case-driven enablement, Champions networks, adoption and value assessment, and responsible-use dialogues.

• Cloud Digital Leader certification, or the capability to secure it within three months of employment.

• Google Cloud Generative AI Leader certification, or the ability to obtain it within three months of starting.

• PROSCI Change Management certification is highly regarded.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong business acumen and creative problem-solving skills.

• Excellent analytical capabilities and attention to detail.

• Capacity to establish trust-based relationships with senior colleagues and clients.

• High proficiency in Google Workspace and other cloud collaboration platforms.

• Commitment to delivering measurable results.

• Experience transitioning clients from Microsoft 365 or other collaboration suites to Google Workspace is advantageous.

• Google Workspace administrator certification is beneficial.

• Background in leading AI adoption initiatives is advantageous.

• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including proposals, Statements of Work, and customer demonstrations, is beneficial.
