Lead Business Analyst – Pega

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee backlog refinement, define scope, and prioritize delivery tasks

• Create high-quality user stories along with acceptance criteria

• Perform mapping of customer/citizen journeys and pinpoint process gaps across teams

• Work collaboratively with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams

• Ensure requirements traceability and compliance management

• Lead workshops and foster consensus among various suppliers and delivery teams

• Evaluate the feasibility of scope and readiness for delivery across Agile workstreams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in Business Analysis within Agile frameworks

• More than 9 years of practical experience in Pega Business Analysis

• Strong proficiency in managing backlogs, crafting user stories, establishing acceptance criteria, and ensuring requirements traceability

• Experience with large-scale public sector transformation initiatives

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and Agile/Scrum delivery

• Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA)

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
