Lead Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Analyze intricate datasets to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

• Use SQL for data extraction and conduct comprehensive analyses.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to monitor business performance.

• Ensure that visualizations effectively convey critical insights.

• Employ R or Python for statistical analysis and to develop predictive models.

• Facilitate data-informed decision-making processes.

• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas ripe for process enhancement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to propose solutions and oversee their implementation.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

• Assist in defining and executing business strategies.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating data.

• Significant experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.

• Practical experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced skills preferred).

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities.

• Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
