Lead Backend Engineer – Trading

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and construct low-latency trading systems utilizing Golang or another high-performance backend technology.

• Create multi-LP price aggregation, pricing solutions, and smart order routing mechanisms.

• Develop configurable routing based on symbol, client group, and liquidity provider.

• Facilitate A/B/C-book flow segmentation, markups, spreads, and execution controls.

• Establish reliable FIX connectivity, along with order processing, fills, rejects, and confirmations.

• Enhance latency, slippage, fill ratios, and reject rates.

• Assist with MT4/MT5 integrations and develop FIX/REST APIs.

• Design robust infrastructure for LD4/NY4 environments.

• Oversee architecture, conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and troubleshoot production issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in backend engineering.

• Proficient in Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.

• Familiarity with pricing engines, execution engines, liquidity bridges, trading gateways, or order-routing systems.

• Strong grasp of FIX, liquidity aggregation, smart order routing, spreads, slippage, and order lifecycles.

• Experience in developing low-latency, concurrent, event-driven systems.

• Knowledge of MT4/MT5 and brokerage/trading infrastructure.
