Lead Anaplan Model Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and document Anaplan models, process maps, user guides, and solution design documentation.

• Convert business requirements, Excel models, and user stories into scalable Anaplan solutions.

• Construct Hub-Spoke and ALM model architectures.

• Create user experience pages utilizing the New UX (NUX).

• Identify and establish data requirements in collaboration with subject matter experts.

• Work closely with business architects, solution architects, Anaplan team members, and functional stakeholders.

• Develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing along with functional validation.

• Implement Ciena and Anaplan model-building best practices.

• Manage stakeholders across various business functions.

• Assist with digital transformation, integrated planning, and business decision-making initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Over 7 years of overall professional experience, ideally in data analysis, business analysis, financial planning, or related fields.

• More than 5 years of practical Anaplan modeling experience or at least 5 end-to-end Anaplan implementations.

• Relevant experience in translating business requirements into analytical or planning solutions.

• At least 3 years of experience with databases.

• A minimum of 3 years of Excel experience, encompassing data analysis, modeling, and complex spreadsheets.

• Anaplan Solution Architect certification or a higher qualification.

• Familiarity with forecasting processes and functions within Sales, Operations, and Finance.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Willingness to work during UK business hours (UK shift).

• Capability to work both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

• Proficiency in managing competing and changing priorities.

• Ability to establish trusted working relationships across multiple locations.
