Lead Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee one or multiple projects and workstreams

• Organize and manage the team's tasks from start to finish

• Offer guidance and direction to consulting teams

• Balance execution, coordination, and stakeholder management in a proactive manner

• Take ownership of the quality of deliverables

• Conceptualize business challenges and drive initiatives for problem-solving

• Generate insights and produce high-quality deliverables and presentations

• Engage in comprehensive digital transformation projects for global leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• Up to 10 years of total experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role

• Background in consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based positions

• Proficient in structuring and analyzing business challenges, as well as generating insights and recommendations

• Experienced in creating high-quality deliverables and presentations

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong capability in managing both internal and external stakeholders

• Strong analytical abilities

• Resilience and emotional intelligence

• Emphasis on agile delivery

• In-depth understanding of strategic business consulting as opposed to operational, administrative, or technical implementation tasks

• Advanced proficiency in oral English

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish
