Lead Analyst, Application Maintenance & Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of critical application and production support challenges.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective measures.

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to facilitate upgrades, enhancements, and defect resolutions.

• Drive initiatives for automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Monitor application performance and proactively seek opportunities for optimization.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.

• Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and operational standards.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

• Assist with client implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operational tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Extensive background in application support, production support, DevOps, or similar technical fields.

• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting intricate technical issues and driving resolutions in enterprise settings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in performing root cause analysis.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with development, infrastructure, and business teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.

• Experience with financial services or fintech applications is preferred.

• Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, and methodologies for process optimization is preferred.

• Experience in leading large-scale application support initiatives or projects is preferred.

• Understanding of ITIL practices, change management, and operational governance frameworks is preferred.
