Lead AI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with business stakeholders and domain specialists to grasp objectives, processes, constraints, and anticipated results.

• Examine business requirements, documentation, examples, templates, and other reference materials provided by stakeholders.

• Identify workflows and use cases that can be developed or enhanced using Claude Code Skills.

• Design, implement, test, and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills.

• Develop skill instructions, supporting scripts, reference materials, validation logic, and reusable workflow components.

• Convert complex or unclear business processes into organized, executable instructions for AI agents.

• Assess skill performance using realistic scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Enhance the reliability, accuracy, usability, and maintainability of developed skills through iterative testing and feedback from stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience utilizing Claude Code in real software development or business workflow contexts.

• Practical experience in creating Claude Code Skills or similar reusable capabilities for AI coding agents.

• Strong comprehension of agentic workflows, tool utilization, prompt engineering, context engineering, and structured instruction design.

• Demonstrated hands-on software engineering experience.

• Capability to build, review, test, and maintain production-quality solutions.

• Proficiency in transforming business requirements and domain knowledge into clear technical designs and executable workflows.

• Experience in evaluating and enhancing non-deterministic AI solutions.

• Nice to have: hands-on experience with Claude Code, Claude Code Skills, plugins, or MCP servers.

• Nice to have: evaluation tools for LLM systems, such as promptfoo, LangSmith, or custom harnesses.

• Nice to have: background in consulting or professional services.

• Nice to have: exposure to HR technology, compensation and benefits, payroll, or workforce analytics.

• Nice to have: experience in building internal developer tools or establishing a platform capability.

• Nice to have: public artifacts such as open-source agent tooling, published skills or plugins, conference presentations, or technical writing on agentic engineering.
