This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and Business Development Officer to assist in identifying new business development opportunities by participating in meetings with potential clients and custodian-sponsored events.
• Create plans to achieve client objectives and nurture new client relationships, including investment advisory, financial planning, and estate and tax planning services.
• Formulate strategies that enhance the client experience and support the Business Development Officer in expanding their practice through referrals and additional funding from existing clients.
• Prepare tailored investment proposals in partnership with the Business Development Officer and effectively communicate these proposals to clients.
• Offer financial planning guidance utilizing the eMoney financial planning platform and other technological resources.
• Deliver comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth clients with a focus on personalized service.
• Provide investment advisory services, encompassing asset allocation and recommendations for investment solutions.
• Conduct regular portfolio review meetings with clients and maintain proactive communication with them.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a focus on finance or economics is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in wealth advisory client service.
• Insight, judgment, and experience in financial planning and wealth management.
• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Unquestionable ethical standards and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong abilities in presentation.
• Proven track record of establishing priorities and achieving goals.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft operating system.
• Expertise in the eMoney financial planning platform.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Possession of Series 65 or 66, or CFP or CFA, which can be utilized to waive the Series 65 or 66 requirement.
