This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee, execute, and manage HVAC equipment projects.

• Supervise the scope of work, schedule, and budget for assigned projects.

• Plan, evaluate, and establish schedules, parameters, and procedures for assigned projects.

• Liaise with building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, field support staff, customers, and representatives.

• Address customer concerns, implement corrective measures, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Align estimated shipping dates with contractor project timelines and ensure adherence to internal equipment ordering protocols.

• Maintain accuracy in forecasted cost-at-completion and oversee assigned project budgets.

• Develop and update project schedules, including tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones.

• Process equipment orders, issue purchase orders, and create work orders for equipment start-ups.

• Conduct timely equipment takeoffs from LCU mechanical plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in business or equivalent, with at least two (2) years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience; OR a minimum of four (4) years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience; or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and temperature equipment is preferred.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities demonstrated in prior roles.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A proactive attitude with a readiness to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proven track record of prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail.
