This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and oversee commercial contracts across various jurisdictions and departments.

• Ensure contracts are executed promptly and maintain legal consistency.

• Manage the creation, maintenance, and dissolution of legal entities on a global scale.

• Develop internal governance structures and ensure adherence to jurisdictional regulations.

• Serve as the legal liaison for cross-functional teams.

• Address daily legal inquiries and offer practical, timely solutions.

• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, HR, and Operations on strategic initiatives and risk management efforts.

• Maintain and refresh internal legal resources, templates, and training materials.

• Drive the automation and continuous enhancement of routine legal workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in contract lifecycle management.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.

• Familiarity with consumer protection laws in both the EU and the USA.

• Understanding of marketing and advertising compliance laws in the EU and the USA.

• Knowledge of the digital legislature in the EU and the US.

• Insight into AI governance.

• Proficiency in Russian at a C1 level.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
