📋 Description

• Conduct thorough investigations to verify loss facts for intricate automobile accidents.

• Assess, evaluate, and resolve complicated specialty claims related to commercial casualty losses.

• Establish coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.

• Perform in-depth investigations and negotiate claim settlements within established authority limits.

• Identify potential subrogation or fraud issues and determine the proper handling for complex cases.

• Utilize an advanced understanding of company and industry insurance policies.

• Manage complex auto claim investigations regarding coverage, liability, and damages with autonomy and discretion.

• Review, assess, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims when necessary.

• Recognize vehicle body parts and potential property damage.

• Identify customer requirements and offer suitable customer service.

• Provide mentorship to junior staff members.

• Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in handling commercial casualty claims, attorney-represented files, and/or auto bodily injury claims.

• Capability to manage complex exposures and work collaboratively with internal and external partners.

• Background in managing commercial casualty claims.

• Experience with attorney-represented bodily injury claims.

• Familiarity with auto liability and injury claim investigations.

• Proven experience in conducting complex assessments of coverage, liability, and damages.

• Skilled in negotiating settlements for moderate to complex injury claims.

• Preference for candidates with experience in subrogation and fraud identification.

• Active insurance license holders are required to terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during their employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must relinquish it when directed by the licensing team.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Must have a dedicated, private workspace at home that is free from distractions.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
