LaTex Specialist, Fluent in Russian – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Engage with language models regarding document preparation scenarios and theoretical inquiries related to LaTeX.

• Ensure the accuracy of formatting and maintain logical consistency.

• Record reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Document instances of model failures to strengthen model reasoning.

• Challenge sophisticated language models on LaTeX subjects, including intricate equation formatting, support for multiple languages in documents, Beamer presentations, TikZ graphics, troubleshooting of packages, and workflows for collaborative editing.

• Assist in generating high-quality training data for AI focused on scientific discovery, education, academic publishing, and document preparation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in LaTeX document typesetting, mathematical formatting, bibliographic management, package customization, template development, and cross-referencing techniques.

• Proficient in handling complex equation formatting, multi-language document support, Beamer presentations, TikZ graphics, package troubleshooting, and collaborative editing workflows.

• Relevant professional experience in academic publishing, technical writing, or scientific communication indicates suitability.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively (“showing your work”).

• Proficiency in Russian is mandatory.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field is preferred.
