This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare, assess, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, licensing arrangements, and various other business contracts.

• Ensure that contracts adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Recognize and address contractual risks while offering clear guidance to stakeholders.

• Work in collaboration with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure that contract terms align with business requirements and objectives.

• Manage a centralized contract repository and oversee contract lifecycle processes.

• Create and implement standardized templates, playbooks, and best practices for contract management.

• Track contract performance and compliance.

• Proactively resolve issues and assist with audits, regulatory reviews, and internal reporting related to contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Comprehensive understanding of contract management and administration principles and terminology.

• Proficiency in standard office software and contract management technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on maintaining professionalism.

• Must be familiar with and comply with the security guidelines as stated in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy.
