This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate agreements with vendors, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, licensing contracts, and other business-related documents.
• Ensure that contracts adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and alleviate contractual risks while providing clear direction to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure contract terms meet business requirements and objectives.
• Maintain a centralized repository for contracts and oversee contract lifecycle management processes.
• Create and implement standardized templates, playbooks, and best practices for contract management.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance.
• Address issues proactively and assist with audits, regulatory reviews, and internal reporting related to contracts.
• Align internal stakeholders with business objectives and support them.
• Effectively prioritize tasks while ensuring accuracy.
• Analyze exceptional situations using advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resolve issues and suggest alternative solutions.
• Tailor communication style to various audiences and offer guidance on complex contract issues.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Comprehensive understanding of contract management and administrative principles and terminology.
• Proficient in standard office software and contract management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Familiarity with and adherence to the security guidelines specified in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy.
