Lao OPI/VRI Interpretation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Professionally manage incoming calls, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Accurately and thoroughly convey all messages, ensuring no additions, omissions, or substitutions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and complete interpretations of messages.

• Participate in ongoing internal professional training.

• Meet all technical and equipment specifications as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Lao and English.

• Experience in professional remote interpreting.

• Familiarity with healthcare and medical terminology.

• Adherence to the technical specifications outlined in the job description.

• Must follow the dress code guidelines for video remote interpreting.
