Lao Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Review and annotate content in Lao.

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for both accuracy and fluency.

• Identify and document patterns of errors.

• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance prompts, evaluation methods, and linguistic guidelines.

• Provide professional feedback on grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and cultural relevance.

• Assess and improve Lao text outputs utilizing AI tools.

• Fluency in Lao is essential.

• Proven experience in translation, linguistics, language instruction, editing, or similar professional fields.

• Strong communication skills are necessary.

• In-depth cultural understanding is important.

• Keen attention to detail is required.

• Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is advantageous.
