Language Specialist, English – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage in dialogue with advanced language models across various linguistic scenarios.

• Assess the accuracy of facts and the coherence of logic.

• Capture and document reproducible error patterns.

• Record instances of model failures.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in the training of AI models utilizing high-quality data in the English language.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in the English language.

• Familiarity with English grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics, and pragmatics.

• Capability to analyze sentence structure, verb tense and aspect, word usage, idiomatic expressions, pronunciation, and cultural context.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills, with the ability to clearly demonstrate thought processes.

• A degree in English language, linguistics, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or practical linguistic analysis projects is indicative of suitability.
