Language Instructor, Spanish – Online

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, prepare, and conduct engaging, high-quality live online classes.

• Ensure timely commencement and conclusion of all activities.

• Adhere to the established schedules for each class, aligning with the instructional methodology and plan.

• Comply with the guidelines, procedures, and standards outlined in the Conecta Project Guide.

• Record attendance and maintain accurate student attendance records in the system.

• Complete class logs detailing the content covered and other pertinent information.

• Assign and evaluate homework, activities, as well as written and oral assessments.

• Offer students clear and constructive feedback on their performance.

• Input grades, assessments, assignments, activities, and other academic data into the school management system.

• Submit report cards, reports, and any other requested educational documentation.

• Monitor student performance, participation, and progress, communicating relevant information to the academic coordination team.

• Foster student engagement and participation in the learning process.

• Assist students in utilizing educational tools and resources, such as CNA Net.

• Maintain professional and collaborative communication with the academic coordination team and staff members.

• Attend meetings, training sessions, and alignment meetings as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills, along with confidence in all four language competencies: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

• Strong teaching capabilities, effective communication skills, and assurance in delivering live online classes.

• Capability to engage with various age groups and proficiency levels.

• Familiarity with educational technology, videoconferencing platforms, and digital tools utilized in online education.

• Demonstrated organization, reliability, commitment, and punctuality.

• Ability to adhere to teaching methodologies, plans, procedures, and educational guidelines, including the directives set forth by the Conecta Project.

• Availability for participation in training sessions, professional development programs, meetings, and educational events.

• Openness to learning, receiving feedback, and pursuing ongoing professional and instructional development.

• Possess a computer or laptop, stable internet connection, and a conducive environment for delivering high-quality online classes.

• Previous experience as an English teacher in language schools or educational institutions is advantageous.

• Completion or pursuit of a degree in Languages, Education, Translation, or a related field is a plus.

• International proficiency certifications are considered beneficial.
