Language Coordinator – Czech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the dubbing process for English content into Czech with local dubbing studios.

• Conduct quality control on localized scripts, dubbed audio tracks, mixed audio tracks, titles, and descriptions.

• Generate localized metadata tailored for regional audiences.

• Manage various projects and provide QC feedback to studios within 24 hours of receiving materials.

• Clearly and promptly communicate project updates and any obstacles to the regional team and CreatorGlobal Leadership.

• Document localization processes and keep localization-related documentation and tools up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• This is a short-term contractor role requiring availability from September 2026 through January 2027.

• Must be a native Czech speaker.

• Proficiency in English at C1+ level.

• 1–3 years of experience in subtitling and dubbing translations, quality control, or another key aspect of the localization process.

• In-depth knowledge of lingo, slang, cultural nuances, and sensitivities in the native language.

• Capability to adapt swiftly to changes in plans and priorities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment under pressure.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• An empathetic and proactive team leader.

• A+ candidate: 3+ years of experience in subtitling and dubbing translations, quality control, or another key aspect of the localization process.

• A+ candidate: established connections with studios, voice actors, and translators in the native language.

• A+ candidate: a thorough understanding of the digital media landscape in the native language, including leading content creators and current trends.
