Language Alignment, Resources Partner – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Function independently to ensure linguistic quality assurance and create alignment resources.

• Anticipated deliverables consist of:

• Evaluating, annotating, and testing AI outputs for grammatical precision, fluency, and adherence to cultural context.

• Serving as a key quality assurance check during production to proactively detect and rectify subtle cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions in Brazilian Portuguese.

• Assessing trends in task quality and independently creating educational materials and feedback documentation to enhance alignment between AI task outputs and campaign objectives.

• Offering native-level language vetting during project scaling and providing specialized linguistic advice throughout the production process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or academic experience in linguistics, education, or other domains demanding meticulous attention to linguistic detail.

• Previous, relevant experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Confirmed proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese at the C1 or C2 level.

• The capability to effectively convert raw feedback and quality trends into structured, actionable educational resources.

• A careful approach to language, possessing the acumen to identify and amend even the slightest unnatural phrasing in their native language.
